Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Freitas Tutoring, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and consistency, please review our cancellation policy:

• No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled session.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded, but your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future session.

• In rare cases of true emergencies (such as hospitalization, serious illness, or natural disasters), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or reschedule the session without penalty.
